Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo are set to sell their $7 million Tennessee home, which the country singer handed over to his former wife following their divorce.
The 10,532-square-foot estate, located in Lebanon, Tennessee, boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, a gym, and a pool, according to the listing held by Anthony Zuccaro of Nelson & Co. Real Estate.
Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, and Bunnie Xo, whose real name is Bunnie Xo, finalized their divorce in March after five years of marriage. As part of the divorce settlement, Jelly Roll transferred ownership of the property to Bunnie Xo.
“I gave her the house,” Jelly Roll said in a TikTok video in March. “I signed the deed over to her. I’m starting over.”
Bunnie Xo is now listing the home for $7.25 million. “It’s a beautiful property, and I’m excited for the next owners to enjoy it,” she said in a statement. “I’m ready to start a new chapter in my life.”
The property also features a guest house, a barn, and a three-car garage. It is situated on 38 acres of land, offering privacy and tranquility.
Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo first met in 2015 and married in 2019. Their relationship was often documented on social media, but they ultimately decided to part ways.
Jelly Roll has become one of the hottest stars in country music in recent years, with his album “Whitsitt Chapel” reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.
