Billionaire Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison is planning to bid farewell to the third-largest oceanfront parcel in Florida’s Palm Beach County, with hopes to fetch $165 million.
The property, located at 1250 S. Ocean Blvd., spans roughly 16 acres and includes more than 600 feet of ocean frontage, according to a listing held by Senada Adžem of Premier Estate Properties.
Mr. Ellison purchased the estate in 2021 for $80 million, MarketWatch previously reported. At the time, it was a record price for a single-family home in Palm Beach County.
The property includes a roughly 6,200-square-foot home, as well as a guest house, a pool and a tennis court, according to the listing. It also has a private beach access point.
Palm Beach has become a magnet for the ultra-wealthy in recent years, with several high-profile sales taking place in the area. In February, billionaire Ken Griffin purchased a Palm Beach estate for $109.5 million.
Mr. Ellison is the chairman and chief technology officer of Oracle Corp. (ORCL), a software and cloud-computing company.
